These terms govern your use of the Hair Repair Club Merseyside website and the services we provide. By using the site or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

About us

Hair Repair Club Merseyside is an independently operated studio and approved partner of Hair Repair Club, based in Merseyside, United Kingdom.

Accounts

You may need an account to book and manage appointments. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Please give accurate information so we can contact you about your bookings.

Bookings & cancellations

  • Appointments are held for you at the time you book. Please arrive on time — late arrivals may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
  • You can reschedule an appointment through your account up to one hour before it starts, subject to availability.
  • If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
  • Prices for services are shown at the time of booking and may change from time to time.

Consultations & suitability

Consultations are advisory. We will discuss whether a system is suitable for you, but final decisions rest with you. Results depend on scalp condition, lifestyle, and aftercare.

Products & aftercare

Products sold through the studio are for personal use and should be applied as instructed. If you experience irritation, stop use and contact us.

Acceptable use of the site

Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, misuse the booking system, upload harmful content, or access accounts that aren't yours.

The content, brand, and imagery on this site belong to Hair Repair Club Merseyside or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Liability

We take care to describe our services accurately, but we don't guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
